② If agreed upon at the time of enquiry and order, the minimum content of total aluminium (mass fraction) does not apply when other grain-refining elements are present in sufficient quantity.
③The sum of niobium, vanadium, titanium contents (mass fractions) shall be a maximum of 0,22 %.
