• To improve the properties of the steel, other microalloying elements outside the table can be added.
• The chemical composition deviations of finished plates shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 222, where P + 0.003%, S + 0.002%.

• When the yield phenomenon is not pronounced, Rp0.2 shall be used.
• Charpy (V-notch) impact energy is calculated as the arithmetic mean of three specimens. One individual specimen value may be lower than the specified value in Table 2, but it must not be less than 70% of the specified value.
• For steel plates with a thickness less than 12 mm, Charpy (V-notch) impact tests shall be conducted using subsize specimens. The dimensions of the subsize specimens shall be 7.5 mm × 10 mm × 55 mm, and their test results must not be less than 75% of the values specified in Table 2.
• According to the purchaser’s request and by mutual agreement between the supplier and the purchaser, for steel plates with a thickness greater than 36 mm, an additional set of impact specimens may be taken from the mid-thickness. The impact energy requirements shall be agreed upon by both parties.
