• The letter C shall be added when a minimum Carbon of 0.015% or 0.0003% (3 ppm) Boron is required (i.e., CR3C).
• Titanium, Niobium and other alloys (e.g., boron) can be used in combination for fully stabilized/skilled products. Stabilization alloys shall be reported.
• Hot rolled grades with C%＜0.015% must have aminimum of 0.000% (3 ppm) Boron.
• Total aluminum content (combined and free).
