• When acid-soluble aluminium (Als) is used instead of Alt, the Als content should be no less than 0.015%. When the Nb+V+Ti content in steel is ≥0.015%, the Al content is not required.
• When the thickness of the steel plate is less than 12mm, the lower limit of Mo content is not required.
