* There is no specified limit on aluminum, vanadium, niobium, and titanium, but the analysis shall be reported.
① When agreed by purchaser and supplier, other silicon ranges are permissible.
② The sum of copper. nickel, chromium, and molybdenum shall not exceed 0.80 % on heat analysis. When one or more of these elements is specified, the sum does not apply, in which case only the individual limits on the remaining elements will apply. The maximum content of Cu can also reach 0.50%, Cr can also reach 0.30%, and Mo can also reach 0.16%.
③ When the chromium is specified or added for antigraphitization, the maximum shall be 1.40%.
