• This does not apply to flat bars, but if required by the buyer, it shall be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.
• Applies only to steel bars with a diameter, side length, thickness, or distance between opposite sides less than or equal to 75mm. For steel bars greater than 75mm, they can be forged into 75mm test specimens for inspection, or the supply and demand parties may negotiate to specify permissible reductions in mechanical properties.

• The specified non-proportional extension strength and hardness shall be determined only when required by the buyer (as noted in the contract), and the supplier may choose one method of hardness testing based on the size or condition of the steel bar.

• Solution treatment temperature: 1010~1150°C, followed by rapid cooling.
